GET TO KNOW ME

Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to be in a space of care for others and to help people understand that "I see you and I'm here to help you along the journey." I knew that my purpose was bigger than myself and taking my career path into mental health counseling was a space I could make a difference in people’s lives because like many others I've had my history of traumatic experiences and as a proud daughter of a Vietnam Army Veteran, I understood the dynamics of living with someone who suffers not only from PTSD but the stigma associated with having a mental illness. Now as a licensed Mental Health Service Practioner in Georgia, I am committed to the well-being of all my clients and go above and beyond to cater to their needs whether that's psychoeducation, coping skills, providing resources, or just a safe inclusive space to vent.
